These terms apply when you use the VamoCrew app, website and related services. Bermond Studio Ltd trades as VamoCrew. By creating an account or using VamoCrew, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What VamoCrew does
VamoCrew helps groups organise trips by sharing plans, polls, tasks, invitations, booking details, specialist runbooks and expense records. We do not sell travel, make bookings, hold money, transfer funds or guarantee any supplier or crew member.
Travel links and referrals
VamoCrew may link to independent accommodation and activity providers. Some links are referral or affiliate links, which means VamoCrew may earn a commission if you make a booking, at no extra cost to you. Prices, availability, booking terms, cancellations and customer support are provided by the relevant supplier, not VamoCrew. Compare the final terms before booking.
Your account
You must be at least 16 and give accurate information. Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you think someone has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by our failure to protect it.
Trips, organisers and crew
Trip organisers decide who may join and can manage crew access, including private links for named people who participate without installing the app. Everyone remains responsible for checking bookings, entry requirements, insurance, costs, accessibility needs and safety directly with the relevant provider. A plan, extracted confirmation, shortlist or poll in VamoCrew is not a booking or professional recommendation.
Expenses
Expense features are an informal record between crew members. VamoCrew does not verify a debt, collect payment or resolve disputes. Check amounts with your crew before paying through a separate service.
Acceptable use
You must not use VamoCrew to break the law; harass, threaten or deceive people; share sexual, exploitative or private personal content; share content you do not have a right to share; distribute malware or spam; probe or bypass security; scrape the service; or interfere with another person’s account or trip. Keep invite links within the intended group. Use the Report or Block controls in crew chat, or contact support, if someone breaches these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you add. You give VamoCrew a limited licence to store, process and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to share it with your crew.
Beta service and availability
During beta, features may change and interruptions or data loss may occur. We may suspend the service for maintenance, security or misuse. We will take reasonable care but do not promise that VamoCrew will always be available or error-free. Keep separate copies of critical travel information.
Ending your use
You may stop using VamoCrew and delete your account in the app at any time. We may restrict or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, creates risk for other people or threatens the service. The privacy policy explains what happens to data after deletion.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, VamoCrew is not responsible for travel suppliers, another crew member’s actions, missed bookings, travel disruption, or indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you began using the service.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory rights to bring a claim in the courts where you live. We may update these terms as the service develops; material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, notified in the app.
